Good day. There is 1C in the terminal (win server 2012), the configuration provides for the integration of telephony, and so, it seems to work and it seems not. Launched operators 4-5 calls, everything is fine, then the operator is not heard. With all this, when you fall on cars, the microphone is not displayed in the list of devices, but it works in 1C

1. You need to check if the Windows Audio service is running (if not, start it on "Auto")
2. Allow the microphone in the group policies on the server
Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services
-> Remote Session Host Desktops -> Device and Resource Redirection -> Allow audio and video playback redirection.
