How to broadcast audio via bluetooth?

The idea arose to transmit sound from a laptop to speakers at home via bluetooth.
But I can't figure out how to do it. On ebay I found a BT_Dongle device, judging by the presence of a 3.5 plug, is it inserted into the laptop? But I think I'm wrong.
And how to transfer from a laptop? A cross-platform solution would be better (on the arch laptop it is), or in general so that you can connect an ipod, a phone.

If the laptop can A2DP and another bluetooth piece of hardware can A2DP, then no problem. Pulseaudio out of the box works with this.
