How to set up audio in Adobe Animate?

You need to add a piece of music to the animation. It is not possible to do this in other programs. When adding according to the instructions , the items in "Properties" -> "Synchronization" are not available. When playing a clip, the music plays every other time, while exporting it is simply ignored.
Tried changing the audio format, didn't help.
The licensed program works on mac os.

As I understand it, the solution to my problems is in the item "Synchronization" -> "Stream". How to make it active?
