How to set up Asus RT-N12D1 correctly?

Hello!

Brief story: at the age of 25, she began to fail her memory, began to forget things close to her heart. For example, a Wi-Fi password. In this regard, I had to reset the router to factory settings in order to change the password to a new one (and this time write it down somewhere). It seems that everything went well, I connected to the open ASUS network and looked forward to the soon completion of the setup and return to my favorite elite. But that was not the case...

Problem: when you start the setup in the Setup Wizard, the connection type should be determined automatically (according to the omniscient Google). It didn’t happen to me, I had to poke it manually. Called those. support, asked about the type of connection, they told me Automatic IP (DHCP). Happy I set the type of WAN connection to Automatic IP

But it was not there. An error popped up in the Internet Status window.

Pointing at the error, it throws me into the Setup Wizard

When re-setting the automatic IP parameters, there are no changes.
Okay, I'm thinking of trying PPPoE, because the type of PPPoE / DSL should be automatically determined (like this

I click Next, a window pops up with entering the SSID and password. All this done, I click Apply. But then it throws me back into the login and password input window, but with an error (on the screen)

I click Next again, the browser window with the Setup Wizard changes to another window

It seems to be worth waiting for the reconnection, but no matter how much I waited, nothing changed, and in the network map the Internet status is Disabled

I do not know what to do. It’s not comme il faut to distribute from the phone, you need a high speed of the Internet for both work and entertainment. Help, am I doing something wrong?

@MarkVolkov

Check with your ISP for the connection type. If DHCP, then to clarify whether there is a binding to the MAC. If so, to which one.
There are three fields, what is there to set up? What's in the logs?
