In general, I installed lamp on the ubuntu server in digitalocean.
I tried to install magento 2. I seem to have
installed it.
uploaded everything to the /var/www/html/magento folder
But, after installation, the main page opened, but the styles and pictures were not loaded, and the admin panel did not work at all.
As I understand it, you can only upload files if you specify the exact address, and in order to get the server response at /admin/, you need to configure something in apache.
How to configure apache2 to make the site work as it should? There is no domain, just the server's ip is in use.

I highly recommend you with a poor understanding of how everything works, but you can see that it is. Use a server with a control panel, such as cpanel, ispmanager, etc.
DIGITALOCEAN is a great thing for a specialist who can launch rockets into space from the command line. It is highly contraindicated for you. Even if you run magento, then there will still be a lot of problems.
As an option - you can install the panel on DIGITALOCEAN. There are many installation guides on the net. Depending on your OS.
