How to set up and use Mathematica REPL in IntelliJ IDEA under Windows?

Good afternoon. There is a Mathematica REPL plugin for IntelliJ IDEA and other IDEA based IDEs. Here is its description: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7624?pr=idea. In addition, the settings that need to be made in order to use the plugin are also indicated there. It is installed in the same way as other plugins from the repository where IDEA looks for them. However, it was possible to configure the plug-in (specifying paths in Tools > Mathematica REPL > Configure REPL) only for IDEA and Mathematica installed on Linux. When trying to start Mathematica Core on Windows, an exception occurs:
"JLink: The plugin was unable to load the class required for starting Mathematica sessions. Please, configure the plugin paths."
How to properly set up paths to use the plugin?
