There is a small real estate agency in Dubai, so far we are working exclusively with a Russian-speaking audience. 85% of calls to Russia and 15% Europe/USA. It is necessary to find a high-quality solution for the possibility of outgoing / incoming calls from the office in Dubai to Russia. I thought about VATS Siping or UIS, but the absence of a normal SIP client for iphone confuses me. It is necessary to make calls from mobile devices (Iphone) in order to record conversations on outgoing calls and remain in AMOcrm. I tried the Zoiper and Callgear applications, but somehow the connection is not very good there (you and you hear worse + interference).

You need to raise vpn, because sip telephony is prohibited in Dubai and is actively blocked
I would do this -
take a suitable VPS from an adequate large hoster
, raised openVPN port to 443 there
On the client - send everyone forcibly to the Internet through this VPN, well, or if you can (or the gateway can do it) then only traffic to SIP (but I would play it safe )
