How to set up an SMTP server for bulk mailing?

I welcome everyone.
There is a company and it has a large number of subscribers. It is necessary to ensure that as few letters as possible fall into spam on services such as gmail.com, mail.ru, yandex mail.
The server has postfix, opendkim, spf installed. All records in DNS (PTR, SPF, DKIM) are specified. But this does not help, letters still end up in spam (although everything is clean in the spam databases). The emails contain an unsubscribe link.
Please help with a solution to combat filters. How can you get 100,000 emails sent to direct subscribers? Share information, maybe links to useful information.

You need a transactional email service - https://www.mailjet.com/pricing_v3 - this is just an example, but google it, there are a bunch of companies that do all this.
Letters will reach =)

No way to do without transactional emails?
Or maybe somehow you can make your own decision using a pool of IP addresses?

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill. It is necessary to look for the reasons why the mailing goes to spam on specific mail services, eliminate the reasons and contact support.
To begin with, you should make sure that there are:
1. A simple unsubscribe from the mailing list.
2. Handling hard bounce and spam complaints (via FBL).
And to understand the situation with spam, it is desirable to connect postmasters.
Postmaster Mail.ru: postmaster.mail.ru/
Yandex Post Office: postoffice.yandex.ru/
Postmaster Gmail: postmaster.google.com/
