How to set up an order goal in Google Analytics?

It is necessary to make a chain of transitions to the goal of ordering goods through the following stages:
1. Viewing the goods (URL like /catalog/full/nazvanie_tovara/)
2. Going to the basket (/basket/)
3. Placing an order (/basket/?pl2_id={ORD_ID })

I set up goals as shown in the screenshot, but for some reason they don't work in analytics.
