How to set up an autoresponder for email mail with a random delay of 3-5 minutes?

Good day, maybe someone has come across or already implemented this.
Meaning: a letter was received by e-mail and after a random time from 3 to 5 minutes, the answering machine sends a standard text. Everything seems to be simple. What is the best way to do it? Maybe there are already tools?

Why random? If the text is standard, why can't you just set up an instant autoresponder?
