OpenSource .NET component for IMAP with STARTTLS support?

Prompt the link to a subject if that exists. What I googled (ImapX, S22.IMAP, OpaqueMail), STARTTLS does not support. In any case, I did not manage to work with IMAP mail.ru with their help.
