How to set up an Agent via Proxy in Zabbix?

Help setting up the Agent in zabbix via zabbix-proxy.
What is:
Zabbix Server 3.0.9 172.16.0.10
Zabbix Proxy 172.16.0.11
Zabbix Agent 172.16.0.12
2 geographically distributed offices. Communicate via VPN.
Zabbix Server sees Zabbix Proxy.

In the Agent settings, I specify the address 172.16.0.10
If I connect the Agent directly. The server sees the Agent.

If I specify "Monitoring through a proxy" in the Agent's connection settings,

then I lose the connection with the Agent.

Question. How to set up the client correctly?
