How to set up alerts in Grafana?

Hello everyone, help me set up a rule for an alert without No Data messages.
Data is sent to the grafana once an hour, it is necessary that the alert works the same way once an hour.
Now the rule is:
Evaluate every 5m For 0m
WHEN last () OF query (A, 10s, now) IS ABOVE 0
But with this rule, No Data messages fall, how to get rid of them?
