How to set up advanced scrolling in Intellij idea editor?

Good afternoon!
I use the Intellij idea IDE, everything suits me, but there is one small detail that is missing.
We want the text to scroll to the very top of the window, even if there is nothing else at the end of the text.
So shows let's say Sublime Text.
