I inherited the project. I downloaded it to LAN, installed it, I try to log in - the inscription: access is denied. No login fields, no links. How to unfreeze it? I've just never come across such a surprise before. Where is the login to the admin panel configured so that a sign with a password, login drops out? Links /user,/admin , ?q=user, ?q=admin do not work

Look in htaccess, maybe you've done something.
