The situation is this. The search is performed on the text field of the node, the search result itself gives views. For example, the query "Houses cottages" displays the correct result - the one you need, but if you skip the space "Houses cottages", then the search returns an empty result. Maybe someone solved similar problems, so that in fact, for two identical requests, the difference is only in the presence of a gap, the same result was given.
