How to set up access to the site by ip in iis6?

I am moving a website from one server to another. Both have win server 2003 and iis6. It is necessary that the site on the new server opens by ip. I backed up the iis settings and deployed it on a new server, in the virtual directory settings, in the host header value I registered localhost and server ip. As a result, the site works locally, but not remotely, by ip. I try telnetom 80 port - closed. I did not touch the windows server and firewall settings. What can block port 80? Or did I forget to add something in the iis settings?

@redisko

upd: if on the server itself you go by ip, then the site opens. That is, the problem is in the Windows settings, and not in the iis server, as I understand it.

And they didn’t forget to forward the port to this server, it’s another internal one
