How to set up access to a local server from the Internet?

There is a local development environment on Mac OS - apache2 server. Often there are tasks to test webhooks and other incoming requests from the network. And there is no permanent Internet access point, I travel all the time. Are there solutions?

Install the server part (apache, php or whatever) on your computer locally, test problems with the Internet directly from the browser (f12, network tab on the top left No throthling and choose the speed)
