Hello. There are 2 local networks, you need to access computers (cameras, network storage, etc.) from one local network while in another network.
There is one ZTE provider router with a minimum of settings, with an external white ip, it has an already configured VPN server on the local network (available from outside), when connected to which there is access to the local network. There is also a Mikrotik router connected to the Internet via a 4G modem. Mikrotik already has a VPN client configured. What to do next? Actually not sure how to properly ask the question even...

I won’t say anything about support in your equipment - smoke it yourself, but the tunnel must rise from the 4G side of the moped, and on the white IP - wait for the connection.
