How to set up a Web server behind a B-Focus O-4G2PWM terminal device?

Good day Toasters.
The other day I decided to try static IP addressing from our local provider Kazakhtelecom. They give out only 1 static IP address per device, but the advertising brochure says that you can set up your own web server at home. But they didn’t write about settings and implementation.
Here is the question itself:
If I have a static IP address on the B-Focus O-4G2PWM device (Gpon technology - fiber optic), how can I reach my virtual web server on my computer. Tell me please? And is it possible to set up a mini hosting for your friends?
Thank you in advance, I will take into account your comments and suggestions for the implementation of my task.

The easiest way to bring the server up for 5 minutes is ngrok.
Now for the implementation.
1. Having received a static address from the provider, we need to register it on the web server. How - depends on the OS. Don't forget to set the mask, not just the ip.
2. Check that it is not behind NAT (router, etc.), i.e. connected directly.
3. Drive into the computer the address that the provider gave you.
But hosting for friends is tough, not every server can handle it. Yes, and arrange from one device, especially performing the functions of a web server, is unlikely to work. The load is big.
