How to set up a VPS so that Yandex does not give a 403 error?

Good afternoon,
Available: Majordomo VPS (CPU 2 x 2 GHz, RAM 2 GB). OS CentOS 6
The problem is that 403 errors are thrown daily on Yandex service requests. Repeated requests get 200 errors.
