How to set up a VPN (windows server 2016, HG8245H, RDP)?

There is a server (windows server 2016), there is a local network, + users working on the server via RDP, there is a HG8245H router (Rostelecom with GPON connection). The task is to set up a vpn network in order to connect 2-3 remote RDP users located in another city.

Software option like "hamachi, Radmin VPN, etc." I do not consider.
I want to create vpn either using windows server or if such an option is possible using a router.

Need detailed instructions, can anyone help?

Change the router to a normal one, such as Mikrotik or Kinetic.
Your Rostelecom in the bridge and raise everything on the router.
Well, or on a wine server, any available vpn to taste

Need detailed instructions

They are in bulk in Google, how to raise VPN on a win server. Step by step. Or is your google banned?
can anyone help?

In other words, do you propose to configure everything for you? Nobody will do this for free. Look for a freelancer in your city, he will probably set up a teamviewer, turnkey, so to speak.

As a rule, RTK does not sell its routers , but leases them out . That is, there is a piece of iron, but ... it is not. You have a user login (maybe), which gives you something to twist there, you can’t change any system settings there.
So that you can both turn and manage - if possible, make a pure interface converter / bridge out of the RTK-shny, put your own router behind it and configure it there, what you need. Unless, of course, RTK agrees.

If you want Windows Server tools - look, for example, towards Always On VPN
