How to set up a vpn server on a D-Link 804 router?

There is a D-Link DI-804HV router that connects the office and the outside world.
Task: set up vpn on it for remote connection to the office subnet via the Internet.
The router was configured according to the instructions from the dlink website:
http://www.dlink.ru/ru/faq/69/287.html
However, if the connection is successful (the office ip is reflected on ping.eu), the office infrastructure is not visible.
Tell. please, experienced people, what could a mouse burrow into?
I assume that the Routing configuration error.

  • ip vpn server 10.0.0.x
  • office infrastructure ip 192.168.0.x
  • router ip 192.168.0.1

destination-----subnet mask-----gateway
10.0.0.0----------255.0.0.0--------192.168.0.1
192.168.0.1-----255.0 .0.0---------10.0.0.0
PS tables are not drawn, tabs are not placed, replaced everything with "-"

1) Where did the route table come from?
The second line (routing to 192.168.0.1 via 10.0.0.0) looks a little odd.
2) The network mask should most likely be "255.255.255.0" (/24) everywhere, although this is unlikely to be the cause of the problem.
3) What does the "netstat -nr" console command say on a client computer connecting to the VPN?
