How to set up a virtual network correctly?

At the moment I use Hamachi but it does not connect to the virtual network when the computer starts (I shoveled through all the settings and could not find the reason). Maybe someone knows another way to create a virtual network, or share a link. I mainly use the network to access my home.

If there is a machine with a white ip, then openvpn is the best option. All others can connect to it and have a common/different subnet.
