How to set up a subnet in Centos 7?

Guys, I'm setting up a subnet in Centos 7 that the DC allocated to me.
When creating a virtual machine, the IP address from the subnet is not pinged.
I am attaching screenshots of ip a and ip r.


Subnet if that's 5.188.42.48/28
