How to set up a site from a local network?
Good.
There is a site linserv.ru
installed on the local machine on debian apache. The server on the local network where the site is running has
ip 192.168.0.15. The server has only one network card.
In the cms setting, an address is specified, and you must specify either the local address or the external address of the site and cms.
If I specify an external address, I cannot access and administer the site from the local network; if I specify a local address, I cannot get into the site admin panel from the external network.
How to correctly specify the site address and cms address so that you can access the admin panel from the local network and also from the external network?

You need to configure Hairpin NAT (aka Loopback NAT) so that you can get to a resource hosted on the internal network via an external IP.
Another option is to configure View in DNS, so that clients from the LAN would be given an internal address, and external clients outside.
