Colleagues, good afternoon. Got a new job. We were given the task of installing and configuring the access control system, there are 2 OP scanners and a turnstile. I got over it.
But!
People at work often arrive earlier and can leave as early as 11 pm.
Software for managing all this business ZKTime 5.0, set up shifts, start work at 7:00, end at 23:59, set the working day to 1440 minutes so that the system does not swear. It seems that everything should work, but in fact, when you scan on the input scanner, the scanner says "Incorrect time zone" and therefore the turnstile does not open, but on the output scanner everything is OK when scanning, the turnstile opens and says "Thank you".
Who worked with this software, is there a solution to this problem? I tried to use other software, but for some reason it is not compatible with ZKSoftware MA300 scanners, either it does not see the equipment, or 70% do not work.
PS When scanning on the input scanner, which produces a time error, the monitoring log still shows the arrival.
