How to choose an electronic-mechanical lock for an apartment?

Hello dear users! I need help from a knowledgeable person in choosing an electromechanical lock for an apartment.
Bottom line - I choose a lock for the apartment door, which can be opened both with contactless cards (as in the office) and with a key if necessary. In this case, both methods of opening must be present independently of each other (forgot the card - opened with the key). The lock must have 2 ways of power supply - from the mains and backup from a battery (AAA or 2023 or Krona, it doesn't matter). My intended use case - I went to the store around the corner, slammed the door on the electronic lock, came in and opened it with a card. You need at least 2 cards - me and my husband. Do I need a programmer included with the lock in case one or all cards fail?
Of course, a reliable mechanical lock is also provided in the door. The essence of the request is not to mess around with a bunch of keys when leaving the house for a while.
I re-read a lot on this topic, but I still haven’t decided on a specific model and even a direction - a “smart” lock or a “stupid” one. A smart lock also has a lot of its drawbacks. The only variety that seems completely unsafe to me is a lock with a pin code, except that the pin code will act as a third backup access system (card - key - pin code). I would be extremely grateful for detailed answers, as well as links leading to suitable devices. Thank you all in advance!

An electromagnetic lock is more suitable for you. than a normal latch lock.
Call the master to install magnetic locks on the access doors and decide with him how to do it.
Use the key from the entrance. conveniently.
With battery, without light, enough for 6 hours.
So I did it in the office, so as not to suffer with the key.
And all sorts of personalities did not look.

3 methods of opening the lock, you have thought of it quite well - buying just such a lock will most likely be a problem, the easiest way to open the door is a push-button pin code - it must be long enough so that it is not quickly picked up, on the one hand you can buy the most suitable lock and modify to what you like. I think the issue of power is not so important if you duplicate the systems, the battery has run out - the lock can still be opened with a key. Regarding the programmer, I would say that it is needed - in general, it is useful to change passwords from time to time (and if the card is lost), if you go to reprogram (reflash) the card to someone else, he may still have a duplicate and this is a problem security gets out!
Here is an interesting article with links about smart locks and a discussion about security https://geektimes.ru/post/291949/ (by the way, I support the author about the insecurity of a lock with Internet access)

There are many electromechanical locks on sale:
without brains: https://www.google.com/search?q=electromechanical+lock
with cards: https://www.google.com/q=electromechanical+lock+wi.. such often put in hotels, for example .
with RFID sensors https://www.google.com/q=electromechanical+lock+wi...
There are also with bluetooth, with biometric sensors, with an Internet connection, with control from remote security posts, and any stray that you could see in the movies, for example.
I can't recommend specific models.

Let 's say
www.tinko.ru/catalog/product/255159 Polis-121I + Z-5R type access controller and reader.
But I don’t see the point of installing an electromechanical lock with a controller and with the possibility of mechanical unlocking, they are only convenience. They open just like normal locks.
It is better to put electromagnetic, and better 2 on top and bottom + controller, reader and UPS (uninterruptible power supply).
Or here is an interesting solution bestsb.ru/product/perco_lb851

A lock powered by a bolt. A programmer with a controller is not needed in any case.

I myself recently dealt with this issue, a lot of things googling. At the moment, the normal consumer version is the locks from the Samsung company. Huge selection of types and functionality. I took it with a pin code and a fingerprint. The pin code, by the way, is safe in that it introduces "dirt" into the code entry. But I use fingerprint. There is a hole for the key, hidden from the bottom of the lock. Batteries last for a year when opened / closed 6 times a day. If you ignore the signal to replace the batteries and the lock still sits, then outside there are also two hidden contacts for a Krona-type battery - for backup opening. So the choice is only in the functionality and type of the locking part: the same lock has two names and only the locking part differs (one is large, the other is smaller).

1) find a specialist in your city - a manufacturer of doors, carefully study
2) ask his opinion, including on service,
if the lock is electronic, then the best thing is "invisible", there are a lot of options, but everything depends on the service, what these options are narrows down to one or two
