Can't set up a redirect in htaccess. You need to redirect from a page of the format https://site.ru/brand/?b=alfa to
https://site.ru/catalog/alfa/
Transferring the view:
Redirect 301 /brand/?b=alfa /catalog/alfa/ not it turns out.
