How to set up a redirect to opencart via htaccess?

Please tell me, the 301 redirect does not work through htaccess on the opencart website.
We did it by analogy - in the same file there are already 301 redirects from the old site.
An example of a working
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^_route_=catalog/teploobmenniki/plastinchatye-pajanye/alfa-laval/alfa-laval-cb-110/$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://proteplo.org/teploobmenniki/plastinchatye -... [R=301,L]
We do the same - it doesn't work.
We have links like - https://proteplo.org/blog/?journal_blog_category_id=1
We need to redirect them to https://proteplo.org/blog/
