How to set up a redirect behind NAT?

Hello! I read on the Internet that it is possible to make a redirect by a domain name inside the local network. That is, if you enter domain.ru, the request will be redirected to another IP of the local network. I have a Microtic hAp lite with firmware 6.48.
I added an FWD entry, but the redirect doesn't work.
To check, I changed the type to A and nslookup showed what I needed.
Can you please tell me how to set up a redirect?

Well, firstly, the dns server must be specified on the Mikrotik client.
Secondly, configure “reverse NAT” on Mikrotik

Well, you can make a redirect on a web server. no difference in the local network or not.
That is, if you enter domain.ru, the request will be redirected to another IP of the local network.
If you enter domain.ru, no request will be redirected anywhere. It will go to domain.ru.
It's completely unclear what you want to do.
