So I was offered through a proxy, that is, to specify a non-existent proxy server and add that list to the exception. But when vk.com and www.vk.com are added to the exception, music, photos, videos are not loaded on YouTube at all. What to do?

you need to build a list of exceptions more precisely. Large projects have many addresses.

"Suggested through a proxy" - most likely they meant to put their own proxy and filter unnecessary things on it. This is a normal task for a corporate administrator...
