A laptop with Windows 10 is connected via the Internet (through special software as a proxy client) to a remote proxy server. All laptop traffic is deployed through a proxy using Proxifier. From time to time, it becomes necessary to connect Android clients to a laptop via wi-fi using a mobile hotspot (i.e., a laptop with Windows 10 at this moment actually acts as a wi-fi router).
It is required that the traffic of Android clients connected to the laptop also go through a remote proxy, without additional settings on client devices.
