At work, Mikrotik is installed on it VPN Server l2TP.
Working computers are not connected to the VPN, but all based on this Mikrotik router are connected to a local network.

From home I connect via VPN to the network, but I do not see resources in the router's network.

Do you need to change the settings of the router or should the machines inside the local network also always be under VPN?
