Valve advises developers to change their payment information and link a working account to other banks registered outside of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

At the same time, if in the future there will be any problems with receiving money from a foreign bank, then these are your problems, not Steam. So it goes. But so far, the solution seems to be simple.
