How to set up a network in proxmox?

The architecture is as follows: in the proxmox server, a virtual machine with freenas is raised in which the iscsi disk is raised. You need to forward this disk to proxmox, and for this you need to raise another network between proxmox and the virtual machine.
Added a bridge, as a result:

[email protected]:~# arp -a
? (192.168.122.2) at <incomplete> on vmbr1
? (172.16.1.1) at 28:28:5d:80:4c:b8 [ether] on vmbr0
? (172.16.1.13) at 94:de:80:0e:34:08 [ether] on vmbr0

192.168.122.2 is the ip set in FreeNAS, but does not want to connect.
PS Prior to that, in the kvm manager, everything was decided by raising the virtual network.
