How to set up a gateway on Windows 7/10 + QoS?
Hello.
Given:
Internet pppoe, incoming speed ~ 600kb/s, outgoing ~ 60kb/s.
ADSL modem, 4 Ethernet ports, wi-fi.
Router, 4+1 Ethernet, wi-fi.
Computer on Win 7 (well, or 10) with two network interfaces. ethernet.
Several wi-fi devices, 3 phones, 2 laptops.
Problem:
I play network games on my computer that depend on ping. If someone in the local area turns on something like YouTube, the channel is clogged, the ping skyrockets.
Here's what I came up with (sorry for the paint-master): The
computer acts as a gateway for other devices, it has traffic priority over the rest.
The question is how to implement it?
Buy a cool router that knows how to prioritize traffic is not a variable.

On windows, there are no regular tools that allow you to configure traffic prioritization.
Unless you install third-party software, like a proxy.
Internet pppoe, incoming speed ~600kb/s, outgoing ~60kb/s.Something very bad for ADSL.
