The easiest way is probably not to use iptables itself, but an add-on for iptables available in Ubuntu, namely ufw. You can read for example here:

In general, Ubuntu is full of documentation, including in Russian, so it's worth using Google, and for sure there will be just such a case that you need. But then, if something specific is not clear, it already makes sense to ask a more specific question here.
