How to set up a firewall in ISP Manager? You need to allow access to memcached on port 11211. I did it as in the picture, it doesn't help..

Try to create memcached in the "Services" section first. Judging by the picture, you have an outdated ISPmanager 4. It's not clear what OS you are using, so I can't recommend anything specific. Read the documentation, namely this , this and this article.
