How to set up a domain. VPS from digitalocean + dokku?

Good afternoon.
There is a VPS from DigitalOcean with Ubuntu + Dokku on board.
I have done such actions.
1. Registered a domain (at 101domain), assigned NS to it from the hoster

NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM.
NS2.DIGITALOCEAN.COM.
NS3.DIGITALOCEAN.COM.

2. I added the domain in the hoster's admin panel, I have the following entries
9067be19e44649ab8e3488473c961a1c.png
3. In the nginx.conf setting for the project in dokku, I added the main domain to the 'server_name' line
4. I checked the dns of the domain, they have already changed to digitalocean servers.
The domain is currently unavailable. If you drive in the IP through the address bar, then everything is ok. If you register a domain in hosts, then everything is ok.
I suspect that the problem is in the dokku or nginx settings, because there is practically no experience in this matter. My first VPS.
Tell me where to dig to solve the problem?

Just wait. DNS is very inert. Updating records around the world takes from 3 to 72 hours.
