Highly undesirable.
For normal DNS operation, with at least some guarantees, it is recommended to use at least 2 DNS servers in different subnets, and even better - in different data centers.
Now you can get by much easier than raising a domain on your only server.
For example, https://cloud.google.com/dns or https://yandex.com/support/domain/delegir.html
Yandex really wants to place mail there immediately on its Yandex Mail, but this not a problem and can simply be ignored.

You can get free NS servers from them.
After registration, we shove the "A" record from the IP of your server and everything is OK.
