How to set up a d-link des-3200-10 switch if there is no access to the web interface?

There is a server with Win Server 2K8 R2 preinstalled (AD+DHCP+DNS are also installed),
a d‑link des‑3200‑10 switch with fiber-optic internet,
2 unmanaged d-link des1024-d switches on each floor, and, 45 workstations,
which, in fact, need Internet access.
The following parameters are specified on the network card for ip4:
ip 192.168.137.1
mask 255.255.255.0
DHCP is configured to distribute addresses in the range 192.168.137.2-192.168.137.255
There was a problem that computers see the network, but there is no access to the Internet.
When I try to access the web interface of the d-link des-3200-10 switch (10.90.90.90), nothing happens.
The server has internet, but the workstations don't.
I understand that the solution, most likely, lies on the surface, and the question, as is often the case, is from the category of noobs, but suddenly someone has come across something similar and can suggest a solution.

So exactly how do you want to get to 10.90.90.90 if you are at 192.168.137.0? Set the interface to 10.90.90.x and connect directly to the device... And best of all, through the console.

192.168.137.2-192.168.137.255 and (10.90.90.90)? 0_o with mask 255.255.255.0!

If there is Internet on the server, then you need to dig the Internet distribution setting on the server, and not in the switch ... But this is if you have two network interfaces on the server, one of which is configured to connect to D‑link des‑3200‑10 for receiving the Internet, and on the second it participates as a server for the rest of the PC.

And why did you decide that this switch has a default IP of 10.90.90.90? Or do you use it as a media converter and nothing more?

Maybe telnet?

Look here - sysadm.pp.ua/internet/des-3200-basic.html .
It is written how to connect to the console.
