How to set up a business process in the list?

Prompt created a universal list (fields Role and company name) that selects additional companies in deals (this is a separate tab) and created fields in the deal itself:

How to set up a business process so that it fills in the corresponding fields in the transaction (above the list), with data from the tab with the universal list if they are filled in? I'm trying to set it up, but it doesn't work, I'm doing a PSU on the side of a universal list

1) In the transaction, we create a business process with a parameter.
Input values:
- Company
- Role The
task of the BP is to determine the field based on the role and enter the value of the company there.
2) In the list of roles, create a business process (when creating)
- Run the corresponding BP in a deal
3) Change the fields through the REST API and make them non-editable.
