How to set up a bunch of nginx, gitlab, vps?

Hello.
I had an urgent need to organize my own infrastructure on vps (digitalocean).
I myself am a client programmer and, to be honest, I don't understand a damn thing about system administration.
After several unsuccessful attempts to set everything up on my own and smoking manuals, I came to the conclusion that congenital cancer of the server side of the brain will not allow me to do everything humanly.
Difficulties that arose for me:
- setting up subdomains, namely - how to create subdomains on vps in general?
- setting up virtual hosts in nginx, namely - how to make gitlab work on a subdomain?
- how to fasten your own domain for each repository inside the gitlab and make it all work on one vps.
Any help is welcome (you can help with a link, you can skype papercut99, I can pay a small fee).
Sorry and thanks in advance.

1)
Now many give free DNS hosting, look in the panel where you bought the domain. You need to make one A-record for your server and a CNAME-record for all subdomains.
primer.com. A 11.22.33.44
*.primer.com. CNAMEprimer.com.
After the DNS update (up to 48 hours), all your subdomains will point to 11.22.33.44.
2)
In nginx, you need to set up one virtual server and specify "default" in the listen 80 parameter, then all your subdomains will get here.
