How to set up a backup channel on mikrotik from a neighbor's wi-fi?

I have a banal situation - you need to set up Mikrotik so that when the Internet from the van port (cable provider) disappears, Mikrotik cheerfully and naturally jumps to the wi-fi of a good-natured neighbor, who 100 years ago treated him with his password, and in return received the same gesheft.
There are a lot of manuals with balancers from three providers and ways to switch back, but I could not find the most obvious configuration option.
I set up the ethernet and wifi separately, saved the backups and restart the backup manually when the Internet goes down, if I'm not at home, this trick no longer rolls. Need help. It is desirable to be more detailed.

In theory, the wireless default gateway has a lower priority. When PPPoE disappears - the default route over the WAN should disappear (it is dynamically created when connected) - and all traffic should go via Wi-Fi.
If you have a cable channel, and the scheme described above does not work, then you probably need a script. Which will change the priorities of the default gateways.
A static route is prescribed through your provider - for example DNS cloudflare 1.1.1.1.
The script once a minute checks the availability of this address (2x, 5 addresses are possible), and if it is not available, it changes the default gateway metric so that it is higher than the Wi-Fi one.
As soon as 1.1.1.1 is available, it changes the route to wired.
Well, that's basically how I would do it.
