How to set up a 301 redirect in wordpress?

I can't set up a 301 redirect on a wordpress site.
Tried first in htaccess:

RewriteRule ^type/ustranenie-defektov/$ uslugi/ustranenie-defektov/ [R=301,NC,L]

after:

RedirectMatch 301 ^type/ustranenie-defektov/$ https://мойсайт.рф/uslugi/ustranenie-defektov/$1

then more:

Redirect 301 type/ustranenie-defektov/ https://мойсайт.рф/uslugi/ustranenie-defektov/

at the end I installed the simple 301 redirect plugin and tried it through it. Everything is one. There may be some peculiarities if your site has a Cyrillic domain or there may be a reason in the https protocol. If anyone knows please tell me.
