How to set up 4g on debian?

Setting up 3g modems is complete, but there is no information on how to set up a 4g modem. Or how to install a full-fledged Windows on Raspberry Pi 3 from your image?

No way. Full Windows does not exist under arm.

there is no difference between 3G or 4G setting.
3 or 4 is just a data rate, like 5 megabits or 10 megabits.
You are not looking for new settings for 10 megabit Internet when you change the tariff.

If it's simple, then modemmanager + networkmanager, if it's difficult, then AT commands and most likely pptp. And depending on what kind of modem. Most likely it needs to be switched from flash drive mode to modem mode. A set of usb_modeswitch scripts is suitable for this.
