How to set title in Wordpress Woocommerce?

The problem is this: when I go to the catalog, the title "Products - Site Name" is set, you need to replace "Products" with your own word.
And also, when you enter a category, the title is placed without the name of the site, although there is a name in the product detail.
There is a Yoast SEO plugin, through it I found how to set up only the title in the catalog detail, but not in the category and not on the main catalog.
How can I solve my problem?

You can manage the Yoast SEO title through the plugin settings and / or in the page, product, post, etc. editing panel.
