How to set time interval for rules in Outlook?

Can you tell me how to specify the start and end date for the rule in Outlook 2013 for the rule being created?
What are the options? Thanks in advance

In the selection conditions, select the "Received <within the specified period>" item, and then specify the start date and end date of the rule.
