How to set the size of a figure in pixels in pyqt?

I can't figure out how to make a figure's size in pixels in pyqt. I only figured out how to set xy and width with height: qp.drawEllipse(100, 100, 50, 50)
But instead of height and width in pixels, I would set the size.
